Nidia Castaldi
Stephanie, Anna, Sarah and Nidia, have come together as a hotel artists’ collective. They will transform their room into a collection of four micro worlds that are connected visually and by a common thread of interest in the fantastic. Visitors will engage with Anna's puppet ladies, step into Sarah's dark menacing industrial narratives, embrace Stephanie's carnivorous plants and macabre creatures, or wander through Nidia's lush solarium.

Picture
Stephanie Mansolf: Stephanie's work examines alternative universes and delves into whimsically dark corners of the human mind. Attempting to cross unseen boundaries Stephanie invites viewers to step into new realities, drawing inspiration from pop-culture, modern design, the Victorian era, technology, and science delivered in a variety of media from site specific installation to illustration, sculpture, and printmaking.

Picture
Sarah Tell: Sarah often uses the nature of multiplicity in a sculptural format as well as printmaking and artist books, working in both 2-D and 3-D formats to convey her messages.

Picture
Anna Feil: Anna’s work is a dialogue between her imagination, intuition, and imperfections as a woman. She creates her own realm of femininity using wax, paint, fabric, and photography, in her exploration of beauty.

Picture
Nidia Castaldi: Nidia's detailed and meticulous prints take the viewer into majestic botanical realms with rampant growth and room for endless imagination. Her work leads us to ask the question, where does her garden grow?
